SH Return Policy

At SH, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your item in accordance with the following return policy:

Return Conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Custom-made or visibly used items are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

  2. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the item if necessary.

  3. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued within 7 business days via the original payment method.
